1.Plan and manage overall project testing strategy, test approach, and coordinate all testing activities for responsible project. 2.Understand project requirement and analyze business cases for testing project. 3.Define testing scope, estimate testing effort and resource for project. 4.Hands on automation test framework set up and maintenance for Web application or Mobile application testing. 5.Identity quality risks and issues and escalate to line manager or related stakeholders. 6.Facilitate and deliver test planning and test artifacts, such as test cases, test data, test report. 7.Follow up the issues and defects fixing and retesting with the agreed SLA. 8.Provide guidance to test team member for all testing activities such as test standard, test cases management

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 5 years in software quality assurance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
Leadership and team mentoring.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Proactive problem solving and decision-making.
