Responsibility •Implement the production plan to meet the delivery date, efficiency, and quality requirements. •Formulate the process capability improvement plan and be responsible for promoting the achievement of the goal. •Review quality problems and seek solutions. •Improve production efficiency, improve quality and reduce costs. •Implement factory and departmental work plans to achieve performance goals. •Cooperate with the special education and training plan and departmental work plan. •Maintain environmental order and implement safe production. •Communication and coordination among various departments. •Coordination of affairs within the department, review of related documents and reports. •Complete the tasks assigned by superiors. •落实生产计划,达成交期,效率,品质要求. •制程能力提升计划的拟订并负责推动达成目标. •检讨品质问题并谋求解决. •提高生产效率,提升品质,降低成本. •落实工厂及部门工作计划达成绩效目标. •配合专案教育训练计划及部门工作计划安排. •维护环境秩序,落实安全生产. •各部门沟通协调. •部门内事务的协调,相关文件报表的审核. •完成上级交办的事项.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Familiar with Manufacturing process.
More than 8 years MFG working experience.
Must be able to speak English-Thai or Chinese-English or Chinese-Thai
Management skill and team building ability.
Master, College degree, High Vocational Certificate. Electrical and Electronic EngineeringRelated Mechanical Engineering Related.
Monitor ISO9001, ISO14000, OHSAS18000 audit and certificate applying.
Presentation and report ability.
Familiar with SPC, SFCS, SAP.
