• Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in both the middle and long term. • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals. • Analysis the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. • Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operation procedures. • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction. • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to Head at company meetings. • Recruiting, selecting, and hiring sales staff and developing training programs. • Managing the marketing section to develop required sales tools for the company's products and services. • Establishing and maintaining key customers/client relationships.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a sales management position, background in consumer product or packaging manufacturing will be advantages.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, negotiation skills as well as employee motivation techniques
Fluent in English
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
Great strategic planning, organizational, positive, and creative thinking skills
