1. Training - Be responsible for induction training and other related HR-related training - Organize other training - Develop an annual training plan 2. Labor - Be responsible to sign labor contract for all employees - Record information related to employees - Keep employees' file 3. Government relationship - Affairs related to the company resigned - Help to pass all the audits from government - Keep a good relationship with the government related to our company 4. Administration - Purchase office supplies - Keep the office clean according to 5S standard - Order tickets - Receive guests and visitors - Other affairs related to administrations

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree, preferred HR related major;
Have 2-5 year working experience in manufacturing plant with 100 employees or above.
Having experience in setting up a new plant would be considered an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
Can do attitude, hard-working, high accountability and adaptability to change
Well-Knowledge of Thai Labor laws and regulations, International and local HR trends
Be active, and willing to accept challenges in daily work.
Proficient in Chinese both oral and writing if there is HSK score of 5 up would be considering an advantage
