Change Agent;
- Act as change agent in the Company – Project Leader.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives.
- Conduct HR Analytics and provide solutions.
Administrative Expert;
- Disciplinary - Investigation process and warning letter.
- Provide performance management guidance.
- Conduct training need analysis for the BU/function.
- Implement HR policies and programs deployment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Employee Champion;
- Manage conflicts at workplace.
- Implement career development for responsible BU/function.
- Drive employee engagement and communication.
