รายละเอียดงาน• Collaborate with team members to execute team activities.
• Arrange appointments, organize and provide service on any meetings.
• Manage databases, document filings and generate department reports as required on regularly basis.
• Organize the resources necessary to put together high-quality pitch presentations as well as track-records
• Ensure share-folders are always up to date and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed with local and reginal Marcom team.
• Handle email correspondence and liaison with relevant departments and also response with the client on enquiry stage.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in any related business fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Coordinator
- Service mind and team working skills with assertiveness personality
- Attention to details and deadline
- Time management and communication skills are essential
- Good command of written & spoken in Thai and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
