Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of full accountings, financial management, financial reports, taxation monitoring internal control, cost accounting and inventory management, and AR management.
Ensure the accurate and timely compliance with statutory reporting requirements
Lead annual financial forecast and budget
Monitor and manager OPEX and CAPEX to be in line with group policy and within budget. Where there are budget overruns, identify the causes and implement solutions
Analyze and evaluation of financial performance for management
Review and validate results and figures (e.g. Actual Cost, Forecast, and Variances), identify impact
Identify operating/financial issues, and recommend action plans to maximize financial return
Coordinate with Corporate Office/Others for finance related issues
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory / compliance issues
Ensure that the established controls and procedures in respect of the controller’s areas of responsibility are being complied with at all times
Review standard cost updates and analysis on a monthly basis
Responsible for delivering accuracy and timeliness of quality cost analysis and report for management
Develop billing and credit control process and ensure efficiency
Manage AR and ensure no long outstanding AR
Develop an effective finance and accounting team
Manage day to day activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
Others as assigned by management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting / Finance
- At least 10-15 years experience in Finance and Accounting, minimum 3 years in Management level
- Experience in manufacturing
- Experience in credit control and collection
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, good communication skills, good interpersonal skill and good connections with people, both internal and external
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus / Have CPD or CPA is a plus
