• Supervising the manufacturing processes, daily control production rate and monitor the product quality and inventory level, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. • Liaising with other teams to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. • Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. • Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders. • Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. • Ensure good performance of production equipment and instrumentation to ensure that good levels of productivity and product quality are achieved. • Issue daily technical production report and monthly production report. • Monitor Productivity with the Production team. • Analyzing troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions and finding answers that work and preventive actions. • Summary production result and report to GM (Daily production report) • All other duties assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Material or related engineering field and Master's degree preferable)
  2. At least 3-5 year of working experience in Production Engineer or Process Engineer.
  3. Experience with Auto CAD, CAD CAM, Solid Work
  4. Proficiency in MS Office
  5. Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  6. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication is a strong advantage
  7. Ability to make decisions under pressure
  8. Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  9. Good interpersonal skills and experience in managing a team
  10. Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that lead to cost saving or other productivity benefits
  11. Strong time management and negotiation skills
  12. Work well under pressure, Good attitude
