รายละเอียดงาน
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate a team of software developers.
- Create, maintain and manage high level project roadmaps and schedules.
- Develop and manage project scope.
- Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork.
- Work with technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients.
- Analyz business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 years of related experience required / Project Manager (Software Development) or BA.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding in software development life cycle.
