âĒ Handle Financial Tasks, assisting with basic financial tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and payment
to staff.
âĒ Coordinate visa and work permit processes with the HQ HR team and the local consulting firm, ensuring compliance with
relevant authorities.
âĒ Support HR tasks such as social security fund, welfare policies such as health insurance, life insurance, and others
related to Thailand labor law requirements.
âĒ Support internal culture initiatives and workplace activities, fostering employee engagement and collaboration.
âĒ Support the general hiring processes including writing the Job descriptions, relationship/management with recruiting
companies, direct hiring by Job Portal or Linkedin, etc
âĒ Stay abreast of labor laws and government policies, interpreting changes and advising on implications for the
organization.
âĒ Support Operations, including Marketing support of our team in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking-related
activities.
âĒ Carry out any other work deemed necessary or ad-hoc assignments as delegated by Superior(s).
