รายละเอียดงาน
1.Monitor, analyze, validate, and report on sustainability/ESG progresses, data and performance against corporate targets and the industry as well as provide technical recommendations and support on best practices for sustainable development
2.Analyze GHG emissions data and propose GHG reduction initiatives to support climate change ambitions of GHG emission reduction, carbon neutrality or net-zero emissions.
3.Respond to international sustainability assessments/ESG ratings and conduct gap analysis
4.Initiate sustainability projects, initiatives, and work processes improvement to meeting timeliness and targets
5.Research on global ESG trends and initiatives
6.Prepare supporting ESG data and presentations for sustainability meetings.
7.Perform other tasks assigned by the sustainability manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental engineering, environmental science, business administration, public policy, or sustainability-related fields
- At least 4-years work experience in sustainability-related fields (e.g. ESG strategy & risk, sustainability assessments/ESG ratings, sustainability data reporting & analysis, etc.)
- Good knowledge and experience in sustainability-related standards, tools, and frameworks (e.g. GRI Standards, SDGs, TCFD, UNGC, BSCI, etc.). Good knowledge and experience in climate change strategy, carbon footprint for organization and carbon footprint of products would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical skills on sustainability/ESG data management, calculation, and validation, especially on GHG emissions.
- Experience in sustainability assessments/ESG ratings (e.g. DJSI/CSA, MSCI, Sustainalytics, and SET Sustainability Assessments)
- Strong calculation, analytical, logic, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with good attitudes and be able to travel when needed
- Advanced skills in MS Offices (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation.
- Fluent in English and Thai (reading, listening, speaking, and writing) as well as strong interpersonal skills
