Only candidates who are able to work in Pathumthani (Khlong 2) for approximately 2–3 months of on-the-job training, as planned from June through August 2025, will be considered.

Working condition: Mon - Sat (08.00-17.00)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Customer Order Management
o Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders into the system.
o Follow up with customers on demand requirements and delivery needs.
o Summarize customer demand to submit to the production planning team for scheduling.
o Monitor and update customers on order status, schedule changes, and delivery confirmation.
· Delivery Planning & Coordination
o Develop and manage daily/weekly delivery plans based on order priorities and logistics capacity.
o Confirm delivery schedules and coordinate with transportation or 3PL providers for dispatch.
o Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, production, and customer service) to resolve delivery-related issues.
· Inventory & Stock Monitoring
o Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient availability for scheduled deliveries.
o Follow up on stock replenishment with inventory control and warehouse teams.
· Customer & Internal Communication
o Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues regarding order fulfillment and delivery timing.
o Handle inquiries, complaints, and delivery challenges with a proactive approach.
· Reporting & System Management
o Maintain accurate order and delivery records in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
