รายละเอียดงาน
1.Perform network refreshment, installation, and migration.
2.Responsible for implementation, configuration and maintenance system according to standard identify and comply with security guideline related Network platform support.
3.Supporting day-to-day operation incident and change.
4.With the pro-active tool, monitor, evaluate (performance, availability, and reliability) and suggest network health status and improvement.
5.Investigating and coordinating with peers/cross team to perform cause analysis
6.Collecting history of performance data to produce and implying for capacity planning
7.Provides the efficiency Network Monitoring Tool for Software/Hardware problem and Server Performance Monitoring to automatically alert Help Desk and Support Team via Email or SMS for immediate action.
8.Reporting operational network status by gathering, prioritizing information.
9.Provide technical assistant for AWS Cloud Operations.
10.Proactively identify improvements of an existing problem on systems and processes.
11.Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in a position related to network/system
- Knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing and IP Network Solution
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High responsibility and can work with team
