-Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. -Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. -Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized and responsible, multitasking while being committed to excellence
Good computer skills (MS Office) especially knowledge of Excel formulae
Proven experience of min 3 years in a relevant role
Fast learner, and eager to learn aspects of coordination with Sales team
Proficiency in English
Graduate in any discipline ,
Preferred Female Candidates
