- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistic data.
- Maintain and update company database and office policies.
- Ensuring and organizing the confidentiality and security of files and filing system.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all time.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.
- Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Book meeting room as required.
- Distribute and store correspondence (letters,emails,packages)
- Schedule in-house and external events.
- Handling complaints in a courteous professional manner.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Other support duties as assigned.
