Supervisor : Start 18K + Service charge Waiter/Waitress : Start 16K + Service Charge Responsibilities: •Welcome guests as they arrive and escort them to their table, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. •Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing customers with menu recommendations and answering any questions they may have. •Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, making sure they are presented well and meet the guests' expectations. •Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring all guests are satisfied with their experience. •Resolve Food or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. •Process payments accurately and efficiently, providing customers with the correct change or processing credit card transactions. •Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all guests are served promptly and efficiently. •Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. High school or Vocational degree for waiter and waitress, Any Bachelor degree for Head and supervisor position
  2. At least 2 years’ experience requires, 4 – 5 star or Michelin Restaurant would be plus
  3. Strong customer service skills and Communication skill
  4. Fluent in Thai, English intermediate level, fluent in Thai, Chinese or Hindi would be plus.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
