รายละเอียดงาน- Welcoming customers and providing assistants for visitors to the company
- Present and provide to introduce company information to customers.
- Receive calls and transfer calls as requested.
- Leader as a center for various information about the company
- Coordinate room and other facilities reservations for customers and related parties.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding meeting room bookings and training sessions
- Organize employee transportation
- Record, summarize and remit transportation-related costs.
- Prepare a report on the use of all vehicles of the company to send to the executives.
- Keep important phone numbers in your organization up-to-date
- Renew visa & work permit (Single windows)
- Contact with agency for request China visa to employee.
- Other tasks assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree.
- 25-34 years.
- Able to communicate well in English / Chinese (Have TOEIC score/ HSK score will advantage).
- Experience working in service mind and coordination good communication skill.
- Able to be flexible about working hours.
- Good personality & good first impression.
- Strong , active and keep smile.
- Coordination skills and problem solving skills.
