รายละเอียดงาน
• To responsible day to day operation of inbound, outbound call and chat through various channel
(phone, email, and chat) and expected result are as following
• Ensure calls and chats are answered within committed service levels
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
• Inquiries are addressed efficiently
• Request are completed with ease
• Complaints are resolved swiftly
• Coordinate with internal team on escalated customer complaints and other issues
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.
• Complete other tasks assigned by line Managers
• Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- experience in customer center is the MUST
- Excellent communication of spoken and written English and Thai along active listening
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Self-driven, have growth and flexible mindset to work in fast paced environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to interview in English
- **สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ 6 วัน และสามารถเดินทางมาปฏิบัติงานที่ออฟฟิสได้ (ติดกับ MRT บางโพ)
- **สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ 13.00-21.00 ที่ ออฟฟิสบางโพ
