•Respond to enquiries, escalations, and complaints from the customers and hospitals
•Coordinated all required tasks between the customers, hospitals, and third party insurance company
•Active participation in performance reviews, coaching and training sessions
•Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement to the leadership team
•Adhere to rosters and scheduling in support of business requirements
