Overview: As a Project/Production Engineer, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing engineering projects and production processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, ensuring efficient production operations, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and maintaining quality standards. This position requires strong technical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution:
âĒCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
âĒDevelop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
âĒCoordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
âĒConduct regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates.
âĒMonitor project costs and take appropriate measures to stay within budget.
2.Production Process Management:
âĒDevelop and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
âĒConduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvement.
âĒCollaborate with production teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
âĒMonitor production performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
âĒEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
3.Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
âĒProvide technical expertise and support to production teams during the manufacturing process.
âĒTroubleshoot equipment or process issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
âĒCollaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
âĒContinuously evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements for improved efficiency and productivity.
4.Quality Control:
âĒDevelop and implement quality control processes to ensure product conformance to specifications.
âĒConduct inspections and audits to monitor product quality and identify non-conformities.
âĒCollaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
âĒImplement and maintain quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, to ensure compliance.
5.Documentation and Reporting:
âĒMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
âĒPrepare regular progress reports and present project updates to stakeholders.
âĒGenerate production reports, including key performance indicators and metrics.
âĒContribute to the development of engineering documentation and standard operating procedures.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience in project management and production process optimization.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good Command of Spoken and Written English
- Experiences of design heat exchangers,pressure vessel fabrication in production minimum1year
