Mission: 1.Annual marketing plan, budget plan with allocation&team member's plan audit / Set up the intergrated Marketing Communication plan for reginal shops. 2.Build JFW brand to increase customer loyalty and establish market leadership. 3.Market monitions(Competiors, new products, pricing,exhibition, event and promotion (road-show) strategy) 4.Ability to expend the possible new sales channel (business development) focused on offline store. 5.Manage overall promotion(road-show) campaign, event & local EXPO activity. Main job: 1.Shaping the positive JFW brand image and public relations. 2.Manage the marketing strategies and excution of retail and commercial markets, manage digital marketing KPI. 3.E-Commerce business development and management focus on Johnson offcial website. 4.Creative marketing on the brand of Fitness and Wellness contents development. Routine Job: 1.Internal all document process assistance regarding any of promotion campaign & local EXPO. 2.Regular contact with channel & local EXPO organizer. 2.1 Coordinate with advertising agency for creativity of the advertisement. 2.2 Coordinate with Media Agency for media planning to get the right target. 3. Campaign summary for each promotion and evaluate profit and loss. 4. Premium and marketing materials management(stock control). 5.Marketing survey e.g. competitor sales/ brand / product benchmark anlysis. 6. Report: Annual / Monthly / Weekly plan / Monthly expenses update / Market update & Competitor sales collection / Promotion profit and loss. 7. Coordinate with Global Marketing Team in Taiwan (Head office) 8. Planning and set up the training program of the new product to Sales staff. 9. Initiate advertisement design and manage overall image to be corelated with corporate image. 9.1 Coordinate with Artwork company to design the artwork for all the printed materials. 9.2 Negotiate and control with venders to design, produce and cost for booth production.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree up related fields
Experience 5 years up in Marketing Manager branding fields.
Experince in Brand planning, Marketing communication, Graphic design.
Fast learning, Logical thinking, Attention to detials, Good attitute.
Able to work upder pressure situation, Be good in English will be considered.
