รายละเอียดงาน
Key Responsibilities :
1.Develop annual and campaign-based digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
2.Design KPIs and manage the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement.
3.2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
4.Proven ability to analyze and optimize CAC, ROAS, and CTR
5.Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and ad testing frameworks.
6.Familiarity with offline conversion tracking and lead attribution methods
7.Analyze competitors’ digital marketing activities and trends.
8.Review and ensure brand consistency across owned website and campaign pages managed by the Ecommerce team.
9.Plan and direct the creation of social media content, including visuals, copywriting, and production.
10.Oversee the development of in-store displays, how-to videos, and product introduction videos, ensuring alignment with brand intent and product team objectives.
11.Plan and execute influencer marketing initiatives, including orientation, content review, and timeline management.
12.Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, promotional campaigns, and engagement analysis.
13.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
14.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
15.Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other relevant marketing tools.
16.Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic feedback based on quantitative and qualitative data.
17.Review KPI achievements and prepare internal reports and recommendations.
18.Develop and manage annual and campaign-based budgets for digital marketing initiatives.
19.Negotiate estimates and control costs with agencies.
20.Monitor budget progress and prepare internal reporting documents.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Marketing Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and techniques (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising and content marketing.
- Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai and English).
- Strong Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Report: Annual Plan/ Monthly Plan / Weekly plan / Monthly expenses / Market update & Competitor sales collection / Promotion profit and loss
- Analysis: Campaign analysis with countermeasure, suggestion and improvement plan
- Planning and initiate new product launch and training program for Sales staff.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
