•Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, SSO and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
•Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
2.Compensation and Benefits Administration:
•Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, fair, and aligned with organizational goals.
•Conduct job evaluations, market research, and salary surveys to determine appropriate compensation levels.
•Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare benefits.
•Collaborate with external vendors and benefits providers to ensure smooth program administration and resolve employee inquiries.
•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance compensation and benefits offerings.
3.Attendance and Leave Management:
•Develop and implement policies and procedures for attendance tracking, including time recording systems.
•Monitor employee attendance records, address any patterns of absence, and collaborate with managers to resolve attendance issues.
•Administer and oversee employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests.
•Ensure compliance with leave policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
•Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and balances.
4.Data Analysis and Reporting:
•Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to payroll, compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave.
•Prepare reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
•Monitor key metrics, such as t
