รายละเอียดงาน
-Site support on execution and installation for assigned projects
-Assistance of the plant manager in the following tasks;
-Installation supervision work at site (New line set up, new machine set up or improvement, etc.)
-Develop detailed project plans and track progress of projects and update management on daily and weekly basis
-Manage project schedules, costs and timelines
Make necessary changes in plans and schedules as needed and keep everyone informed
-Coordinate with operation department (PD, RD, QC, EN) to provide suitable construction / installation solutions
-Plan for inspection, testing and commissioning the system before handling over
-Check and approve documents of construction, installation, comissioning contracts
-Develop document necessary for new machine or new process improvement and train the responsible team
-Participate as a lead coordinator in continuous improvement projects or as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineer or related fields
- Have at least 3 years experiences as mechanical engineer or similar fields
- Experience in designing mechanical parts, machine improvement, and spare part purchasing
- Excellent project management skills
- Results oriented and challenge the status quo attitude
- Have passion in machine and process improvement
- Strong coordination skills
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills
- AutoCAD or Solid work preferred
