รายละเอียดงาน
> Handle and coordinate within related departments for Customer Requirements, Customer Audit support and coordinate with concern dept.
> Supplier Audit plan, conduct as plan and follow up. Supplier evaluation coordinate.
> Collect audit reports and take note of the non-compliances and define action items, timelines and agreements with concerned parties (auditors, customers, supplier or plant managers/employees)
> Conduct Internal Audit, Process Audit, Product Audit, Traceability, and practice recall as plan and follow up.
> Maintain Quality system: Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the quality management system.
> Support to prepare management review report and monthly upload to database.
> Coordinate changes to the documents procedures and SOP that are in the Quality System and ensure Documented information database is maintained appropriately.
> Coordinate to certify or surveillance audit. Customer specification review
> Training system coordinate base on ISO Standard. Orientation newcomer.
> Support on Operation Quality to SEA AOQ team
> Establish, implement, maintain and improve quality management system ( IATF 16949 and future system)
> Generate internal and external system audit plans after validating and confirming with concerned parties
> Conduct internal process audit and follow up
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female , Age between of 35 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Industrial Engineer , Management or related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality management system job and prefer in industrial or production business.
- Advance level of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 requirement and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA). Lead auditor certificate will be advantage.
- Experience in related tools for quality improvement such as Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, 5 Why, Kaizen etc.
- Good command in English
- Good organizing, communication skills
- Ability in Microsoft Office, etc.
- Good analysis skills and be able to use statistic tools.
