Position: Product Management (Junior Level)
Company: SVOA Public Co., Ltd. (Ratburana Office)
Report to: Head of BU and dotted line CEO
IT Products: (only one product BU)
• Computer Hardware - Components : 1
• IoT, Server, Storage : 1
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail oriented professional to join our team as Product Supervisor to help us to sustain our growth, and also to be responsible for the launch of new products / new brands.
Vendor & Partner & Reseller Engagement:
•Collaborate with Vendors to negotiate cost pricing and operate profitable pricing strategies
•Responsible to manage the marketing funds and support through marketing activities or co-op budgets to drive promotional activities
•Gather market insights and future product trends from Vendors to provide strategic directions to internal stakeholders.
•Coordinate closely with dealers and resellers to support their business needs and sustain long-term revenue growth
•Operate joint promotional activities and marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners to achieve sales objectives
•Serve as the primary point of contact to support partners and external stakeholders with any inquiries or business challenges
Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations and timely product delivery
•Handle and control inventory lifecycles (both inbound and outbound logistics) in close collaboration with the warehouse and shipping departments
•Manage fund allocation and budgets efficiently, aligning with the Finance team to maximize internal resource utilization
•Monitor inventory aging to generate the stock on hand reports and ensure inventory optimization
•Provide product knowledge and set up monthly product training for sales team
•Gathers sales data, customer feedback, and competitor movements to compile reports
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- •Bachelor's degree or higher in BA, Marketing, IBM, Economics, Computer Science or related fields
- ••2-3 years of experience in product management and sales with proven record of achievement (direct product experience will be considered an advantage)
- •Strong analytical & quantitative thinking
- •Highly collaborative across diverse teams
- •Proven negotiation, leadership and team management capabilities
- •Self-reliant with a strong ability to learn rapidly & Think critically and manage workloads
- •Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- •Good English communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a commercial acumen
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- •Flexible and open to travel as required (domestic and international)
