รายละเอียดงาน
1)Prepare and perform daily maintenance of CMM/FARO Calibration standard, and Test equipment 2) Perform the quality analysis and inspection of Lab Data as planed and rport to supervisor for review 3) Originate and maintain the CMM/FARO Operating standard program 4) Perform Calibication and inspection of measuring equipment,tools gage,and checking fixtures. 5)Ensure Laboratory conditions are well organized and under control to obtain inspection accuracy. 6) Record and reain the CMM/FARO inspection & Measuring calibration results & cut test report 7) Support operations and maintain quality management system (IATF16949)and environmental management system (ISO14001)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. University degree in the Engineering field.
  2. Knowledge/experience with QS9000 (PPAP, APQP).
  3. Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and VDA Norms.
  4. Good experience with the Automotive Core Tools,CMM/FARO calibration standard.
  5. Knowledge of GD&T and analysis of CMM inspection results
  6. Knowledge/experience with the machining process.
  7. Knowledge/experience with the CQI-12 (Special Process: Coating System Assessment) and CQI-15 (Special Process: Welding System Assessment).
  8. Experience in the professional handling of Customers
  9. Experience in technical and commercial evaluation of customer complaint reports in compliance with the specified deadlines as well as in the field complaints including the warranty decision.
