รายละเอียดงาน- HR Operations: You will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes
and policies.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: You will assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for the
organization, working closely with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
- Employee Relations: You will support the HR Manager in fostering positive employee relations by
addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: You will contribute to the performance management process, assisting in goal-
setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Learning and Development: You will help identify training needs, coordinate or deliver training programs,
and promote continuous learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Compensation and Benefits: You will assist in managing compensation and benefits programs, including
salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
across the APAC region.
- HR Analytics: You will support the HR Manager in collecting and analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, develop insights, and make informed recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
- Change Management: You will help communicate and facilitate organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and managing any associated people-related challenges.
- Compliance and Legal: You will assist in ensuring HR practices and policies comply with local labour laws and regulations in the APAC region.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including regional HR
teams, business leaders, and other functional areas, to support business objectives and provide HR expertise in a cross-functional capacity.
- Standard: You will ensure all the HR tasks are in line with the requirements of all standards i.e. ISO 9001, ISO14001 &ISO4500
