Job Descriptions
• Manage and control of Daily Customer Service and operations.
• Customer Relation Life Cycle management.
• Manage Dealer Admin team for customers & trucks data registration.
• Manage Dealer Service team for device after sale service.
• Continue improve Quality and Safety procedure.
• Cooperates with related parties to get project done.
• Customer problem solving.
• Follow command from upper management.
Location for work : Onelink Vietnam CO.,LTD.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai or Vietnamese
- Bachelor’s degree in related to customer service hotel hospitality
- 30-40 years old Male or female with 2-3 years’ work experience in the CS/CRM team lead.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skill
- Ability to handle high pressure and demanding customers
- Problem solving skill
- Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Can communication both speak and writing in English and Vietnamese is advantage
