Key Responsibilities:
- To always be on the lookout for new partners/suppliers that can supply all food and beverage products for cost-effectiveness purposes.
- To work closely with the sales team when it comes to product uploads or brainstorming of differentiating features.
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices, quality, terms, and conditions.
- Maintain and review from time to time an efficient and effective suppliers base that excellence supports the business and operational requirements.
- Ensure cost-effective products and services are provided to the business with consistent quality and service.
- Ensure discrepancies in purchases, purchase orders, and invoices within the month.
- Update and prepare reports as required.
- Other related procurement works as assignments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, Open to any gender
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the oversea procurement field
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Initiative, analytical, and strong in negotiation
- Positive attitude and work well under high pressure/deadline
- Computer literacy in MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Food Quality Standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, BRC) would be an advantage.
