DIGITAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Builds up sales performance & forecast for all digital activities Defines specific E-Commerce buy and E-Merchandising strategy based on brand recommendations Defines commercial animation plan in accordance with retail and brand strategy Prepares and presents digital business reviews Provides recommendations to develop business based on data analysis Maintains benchmark with market and competitors OPERATIONS AND PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS Coordinates E-Commerce operations regional project manager for releases, replications and catalog management Performs non-regression testing for each release Manages customer service procedures and guidelines Oversees performance of transporter fulfillment Liaises with internal local IT, Finance and Retail operations teams E-MARKETING AND ANALYTICS Monitors, reports and benchmarks Google Analytics KPI on a daily basis Optimizes traffic acquisition, sales and conversion Manages E-Marketing agency according to digital guidelines on investments and ROI Defines CRM and Email marketing strategy Develops affiliate marketing programs E-MERCHADISING Oversees E-merchandising strategy and execution, including: -- Catalog creation process -- Price list process -- Launch of seasonal and collection capsules -- Content translations specific to local -- Review of images -- Compliance with visual merchandising rules
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. BS / Master level diploma required with Digital specialty or any related field
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experiences in E-Commerce preferably in Fashion E-Commerce
  3. Knowledge of web platform operations
  4. understanding of E-Commerce/digital operation and project management methodologies
  5. Omnichannel customer service and satisfaction oriented
  6. Knowledge of google analytics or equivalent web analytics tool
  7. Professional communication skills, both written and oral in English
  8. An entrepreneurial spirit with the operational skills to ensure self-directed projects and ideas are seen through to execution
  9. Analysis and reporting skills
