Job Accountabilities
Key scope of work
•Prepare, Create, and Maintain Master Data of TMS correctly and on time for Operation.
•Investigate issues related to Transportation Management System (TMS), resolving arise in a timely and professional manner.
•Work with operational teams to help them achieve their operational responsibilities.
•Represent the Support Systems team and deliver outcomes.
•Actively promote and encourage User development, including on-the-job training and/or educational opportunities.
•Be actively involved in assisting in the implementation, maintenance, support, and improvement of TMS.
•Gather user/business requirements for system improvement.
•Take initiative to follow up and control issues impacting the performance of the TMS.
•Create/Update DocuSign and Microsoft 365 users.
•Provide documents related to TMS e.g. Report, Work Instructions, UAT.
•Support Policy and role of health and safety
•Participate where required by the manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, Logistics, Transport, or a related field.
- Experience in system support (preferred).
- Experience in SQL command (preferred).
- Knowledge of IBM Cognos report.
- Knowledge of Data Management and Data Warehouse.
- Ability to work autonomously and have ownership in the part of your responsibilities.
