รายละเอียดงาน
-Manage, monitor, and control all related production activities, make sure all conform with overall production plans in term of quantity, quality, cost, and lead time.
-Plan and monitor for machine utilization, quality improvement, and production costs reduction.
-Utilizes production assets (manpower, raw materials, machines, equipment, etc.) in the most efficiency and effective way.
-Responsible for training plan for production operators and all subordinates, improve their skills
-Collects and analyses data and information from production reports & quality control reports to improve production strategies and objectives
-Coordinates with HR, Sales, Purchasing and Logistics for supporting company’s objectives
-Creates good working environment and good labor relations atmosphere in all plants/factories
-Control all warehouse system, check accuracy of stocks to ensure the stock always correct and follow up any losing materials
-Report to General Manager timely if any abnormal issues happened
-Other jobs assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, age above 35 years old
- Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field
- Good personality and good relationship with another person
- High responsibility and working as team efficiency
- Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
- English or Chinese skills is a must (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Be supervisory level at least 3 years
- PCBA Experience or electronics feild will be advantaged
