- Manage all recruitment and selection processes for the assigned job vacancies in accordance with policies and standards by following hiring step to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position. - Advise and evaluate candidates’ strength and weakness based on observation and psychological behavioral analysis tools to ensure the hiring manager selects the suitable candidate. - Provide company's information to all new employees by conducting pre-induction & arranging the orientation program to ensure that they have received important information from relevant sources to support their work. - Arrange and support Trainings by following up the requirements to ensure that training activities has aligned with requirement. - Manage on-line and face to face training programs by conducting the modules and ensure the preparation of training activities to meet the needs of competencies development. - Ensure appropriate documentation and training reports preparation and submission to government authority within timeline. - Support HR & Admin Division for any activities or event to ensure all HR targets are achieved. - Planning and developing training programs to support the fulfillment of the target. - Setting up, creating and preparing courses and training materials and conducting training. - Drive quarterly training planning process , instructional designers, and program managers. - Build, maintain and share execution plans. - Drive sourcing of equipment across all training modalities and programs. - Organize instructor-led training events, from invitation to event management. - Support and administer existing and new training systems. - Source and manage vendors as needed. - Set up, organize and maintain training systems and tools.

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human resources, or related fields
  2. Having 1-2 years working experience in Recruitment & Training
  3. Having experience or familiar in using Competency Based Interview Techniques
  4. Good in using Microsoft office ( Excel & PowerPoint) is preferrable
  5. Good command in English (Writing & Speaking)
  6. Good attitude, Proactive, Analytic, Service mind, Problem solving, Flexible
  7. Teamwork and Able to work under high pressure
  8. Knowledge of the instructional design process
