Report to: Senior Manager, Logistics & Sales Operation
Work Location: Bangna-Trad KM.21
Responsibilities:
• Provide the professional support to Sales Operation.
• To monitor and manage truck order to factory.
• To issue invoice / credit note or related Sales Process Document.
• To issue purchase order to Supplier & handle supplier document for payment.
• To handle Registration document.
• To handle outbound document
• Support in the data collection for presentation, weekly & monthly report to all concern.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager of Sales Support.
• Follow up and monitor for all document to support ISO process.
• To handle / support Department of Land Transport (DLT) document
• Manage tasks/ jobs which are assigned by the manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Automotive is preferred.
- Highly organized and able to cope with multitask
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Commercial mind-set, understand what the market and the customer need.
- Detail and result oriented, broad-based administration skill needed
