-Responsible for managing the strategic and tactical merchandise and inventory for the company.
-Build the product assortment base on analytics and research industry and competitions to stay ahead of the best and customer interesting.
-Maintain the relationship with wholesale partners, negotiate costs and man-age price margin goals.
-Analyze inventory needs and manage business to profitability expectations.
-Determine inventory needs for initial orders and reorders on seasonal product.
-Negotiate and ensure timely deliveries of all product inventories to the team.
-Prepare and present product selling reports to the team regarding sales, gross margin and returns.
-Prepare and review analytics to measure customer satisfaction, shopping pat-terns, and other metrics.
