Responsibility
* Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate interviews, resume submitting, reference checking and offer negotiations & screening, interviewing and on boarding new employees, probation follow up.
* Take care of all social media of the recruitment department such as website ,Facebook , TikTok. Manage the performance of existing sourcing channels.
* Coordinating, and supporting the preparation and/or presenting ideas for activities to strengthen engagement within the company.
* Utilize creative opportunities to raise company brand in the market place and execution employer branding strategies through Social media platforms / Job Advertising Platform / Road Show / Events. Being company Social Media admin.
* Support other roles within the People team (administration, activity, training, annual audit, annual meeting)
* Other recruitment projects to be assigned.
