รายละเอียดงาน
1. Ensure that the Incoming/Stock control department is well organized and controlled to support customer expansion and business goals
2. Implement process and system improvements to reduce inventory, reduce costs, and achieve efficiency
3. Reconcile and compare ending stock with clients on the function required to monitor stock
4. Manage and review inventory to identify potential risks and opportunities to minimize obsolescence and identify inventory for disposal
5. Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis and Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted and reported when defective products are discovered
6. Processes and documents control as required following established procedures to support the audit
7. Check date-sensitive products for expiration and block or transfer of product as needed
8. Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records
9. Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency
10. Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
11. Train other employees in asset inventory management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3-5 years’ experience in Supervisory level Inventory and Warehouse
- Knowledge in the field of Logistics and Supply chain management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
