• Ensure excellent sales fundamental in the store are achieved. (no out-of-stock; right distribution and assortment; availability of NPD, premium and POP materials at POS; promotion, pricing and merchandising in time at POS)
• Follow up to have all programs agreed at the Head Quarter implemented at stores.
• Maximize opportunity in store to increase brand’s visibilities for the highest competitiveness in stores.
• Drive off-take at stores in responsibilities
Coach and develop PC in control to work as per their R&R
