ACG Capsules (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ACG World is one of the leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical capsules in India.
New Capsules Manufacturing Plant is under construction and planned to commercial run on Jan 2024.
The Plant was located in WHA Rayong Industrial Land, Nong Ralok Subdistrict Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.
Now we are hiring - Lab Technician (Chemical Lab) (Quality Deparment).
Job Objective
• Sampling and testing of incoming packing materials, raw materials, in-process samples, stability samples and finished products to ensure quality in compliance to GLP, cGMP, pharmacopeial specifications and in-house norms.
Primary responsibilities
Strategic and planning
Functional
Core
• Daily planning for testing of colour solutions on time. Read SOP "Calibration of pH meter & verification of
a) conductivity meter
b) Lab ovens
c) Weighing Balance
• "Sampling of raw materials completion of its related documents on time as per SOP & maintaining of raw material control sample in control sample area.
• Independently carrying out the testing of packing material (for corrugated box, EPS sheet & co-extruded bags).Read SOP & follow SOP.
• Testing of DM water from return loops on time testing and reporting for pH & conductivity.
• Finished product testing, performing the weighing & calculation of LOD and maintaining records for the same.
• Printing ink and Lubrication testing, documentation and reporting.
Key Result Areas
• Timely sampling, testing & result recording of all incoming PM, RM, in-process materials, stability samples and finished products.
• Verification, calibration of all Q.C. instruments on time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในห้องปฏิบัติการทดลอง/ทดสอบ อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี Lab Chem - แล็บเคมี
- มีความรู้ในการเก็บตัวอย่าง จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ รวมไปถึงขั้นตอนการทดลอง/ทดสอบ ในรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Chemical
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานได้เอง - บริษัทฯ ตั้งอยู่นิคมอุตสาหกรรม WHA RIL
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับหนึ่ง
