• Responsible for managing daily accounts payable and receivable (AP & AR)
• Review and process various types of payments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform general accounting functions, including data entry, maintenance and bookkeeping of accounting records, and preparation of financial forms or reports.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting documents, such as invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and other related paperwork.
• Handle accounting tasks such as recording accounts, managing debts, making payments, and tracking receipts/tax invoices.
• Assist the Accounting Executive in reconciling accounts, preparing monthly journal entries, and participating in the monthly financial closing processes.
• Prepare withholding tax certificates and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Assist the Accounting Executive in completing the annual finance audit and financial statements.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
