- Design training and development programs, material based on the company direction and friendly session for new joiner - Conduct training courses and lead monthly onboarding session which include a Product and Service knowledge, - Facilitate and implement soft skill and hard skill workshop into onboarding class and conduct refreshments training for updating skills and knowledge to employee capability. - Employees Relationship activity - Analyze and prepare monthly training reports

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in HRD, BA or a related area of study or equivalent experience.
Good communication skills in Thai and Chinese or English speaking are preferred.
At least 3 years’ experience working in training development, OD, HRD or a related field is required.
Strong knowledge of HRD tools with activities management.
Good interpersonal skills, communication and relationship building and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in MS office PPT and Excel.
Have a car and a driver's license.
Work 5 days a week (09.00-18.00)
