•Understand hiring target from client •Search right candidates on internal and external database based on the job requirements •Pre-screen candidates •Contact candidates to introduce job opportunities and confirm the intention to apply for the job by phone and text •Set up interview schedules between candidates and consultants •Create candidates’ database and resume by inputting personal data with industrial and job function code on internal system •Support consultants’ activity •Other assigned tasks from Senior / Leader •Provided Training for new employee •Training and orientation •Meeting and discussion to share knowledge with each other on a regular basis •OJT •Recruiting skill, Searching skill, HR related skill, Problem-solving skill, and work experience in one of the world's biggest recruiting companies. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Harbor Mall Laemchabang Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)

Age 22-27 years
Any gender
Bachelor’s degree
Welcome fresh grad
Good command of English
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Work under pressure with target
High responsibility
Not fear to make phone calls
Good communication and social skill
Work experience in communicating with individual customers (not must requirement)
Experience and skill to talk with Senior level is preferable
