- Maintain existing key customers by building relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
- Responsible for driving sales growth at selected accounts within Thailand and overseas market by building relationships with key contacts and identifying new market opportunities.
•Act as the main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams.
•Communicate and collaborate with technical, operation, customer service, marketing, finance departments to ensure that key accounts’ needs are met through well-defined plans and solutions.
•Generate reports on account visits, project progress, objectives, and forecasts for management review.
•Develop a thorough understanding of key accounts' potential, needs and requirements, competitiveness and identify growth areas for the company.
