Operate, set up, and maintain SMT machines such as screen printers, reflow ovens. Perform daily machine checks, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure smooth operation. Troubleshoot and solve machine issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Monitor and ensure the quality of SMT processes according to company standards and customer requirements. Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance machine efficiency and reduce defects. Record and report machine performance data, downtime, and maintenance activities. Support engineers in testing and process validation activities. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S workplace organization

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of electronics and SMT components.
Willing to work in shifts
