รายละเอียดงาน
1.) Manage and supervise all activities relevant in production process to ensure that the production output is meet UPH and delivery plan.
2.) Production improvement, 5S management, production disciplinary, products handling and products identification.
3.) Monitoring and analyze production data and make the descision as neccessary.
4.) Ensure all resources 4M1E are efficiently maintained and performed, aligh with the production and delivery plan.
5.) Problem solving in the production process and improvement with a focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety (QCDS).
6.) Support and collaboration to all departments to meet company's objectives and policy.
7.) Ensure that the production line are working environment compliance with safety regulations in the factory.
8.) Work in process and inventory management to minimize scrap parts and components, prevent the over production minimize loss in production process to align with company target.
9.) Set up KPIs in Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety to production department to aligh with company target.
10.) Coaching and trainning the production staff to ensure that they follow SOP and meet the performance expectation.
11.) Tasks assign by management team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ป.ตรี สาขาอิเล็คทรอนิคส์
- ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน 15 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ปฏิบัติ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการประกอบแผงวงจร PCB
