Report to: Procurement Manager
Subordinate: Local Procurement Officer (2 People)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization obtains the necessary materials, equipment, and services from international suppliers efficiently and cost-effectivel.
- Identify potential suppliers worldwide and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and financial stability.
- Negotiat terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and quality standards with overseas suppliers.
- Keep abreast of market trends, supplier capabilities, and regulatory changes in the paper industry
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as accounting, finance, warehouse, delivery and sales, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals..
- Update and prepare reports as required.
- Other related procurement works as assignments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, Female, 28 - 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the overseas procurement field
- Having experience in the paper, printing, packaging industries.
- Passing the HSK level 3
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Initiative, analytical, and strong in negotiation
- Positive attitude and work well under high pressure/deadline
- Computer literacy in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot)
- Having a driving license with a personal vehicle
- A resident in Samut Sakorn province is preferable.
