Manage database and filing systems; Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
Research suppliers, review and negotiate the contract terms for cost conscientious, prepare and follow up with payment. Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation
Support to prepare for meetings; Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
Miscellaneous tasks to support the office, which will vary from time-to-time: completing corporate reporting or conducting research
Assist in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering etc.
Manage and support the ADI facilities and equipment with repairing, workmen, servicing, etc. as needed
Draft, format, and print relevant documents; Photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
Interact with senior staffs and carry out their requests
Manage outgoing posts and record data in special deliveries
Provide general administrative support as needed to maintain the smooth operations of the office
Support and coordinate with other departments as required
