รายละเอียดงาน
• Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations.
• Studying and contributing to the operations and climate of company especially safety training program.
• Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits.
• Scheduling new hires for training relates with their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.
• Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
• Prepare classroom i.e. handout, training media, related equipment which prompt to start.
• Scheduling new hires for training relates with their function.
• Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
• Communicate with internal and external trainers and ensure compliance as per schedule plan.
• Pre-forward preparing all relevant documents training and stuffs for trainer.
• Collection of all training feedback data then summary monthly report to manager.
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & Safety, Environmental or related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in any related functions.
- Knowledge of all relevant performance tracking software and indices.
- Having experience in Instruction and/or learning design would be advantage.
- Having experience in internal training and internal audit would be advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Having experience in Oil and Gas Industry would be advantage.
