• Answering incoming calls ; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
• Taking care customers to get the best experience in any touch points.
• Assist with customer outreach.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments.
• Coordinate between our logistic outsourcing and customers.
• Updating customer records and storage units.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Female or Male with approximate age 23-30
- Bachelor’s Degree in all major
- 0- 5 years experience in Customer Service.
- Be able to speak English (common communication).
- Basic able to work under pressure environment.
- Basic computer skill (Excel, work, Presentation).
- Eager to learn.
- High leadership and good negotiation.
- High responsibility and good follow up.
- Good personality and good follow up.
- Initiative for problem solving.
- Work 5 days per week 09.00 – 18.00 hrs.
