1.Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather and document system requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives
2.Assist in designing and developing system solutions, including software applications, databases, and integrations, that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices
3.Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation
4.Provide support to senior system analysts and project managers in various IT projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring progress
5.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, user guides, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge transfer and future system enhancements
6.Respond to user inquiries, diagnose and resolve system issues, and provide technical support to ensure smooth system operations
7.Collaborate with developer teams and stakeholders in software design, system deployment or application maintenance to bring the most smooth operation and great customer satisfaction
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, Age not over 30 years old.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in St Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Computer Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2 year’s experience in software analysis, software development or data analysis
- Proficiency in Object-oriented design and development
- Strong knowledge in SQL, Web service, Restful APIs, (C# is a plus)
- Experience in data analysis, Excel or BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to comprehend complex systems, identify issues, and propose effective solutions
- Good interpersonal, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
